7-Day Checking and Replacement Policy

At Trenix.pk, we prioritize ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition, free from any defects. Our goal is to provide complete satisfaction and an impeccable level of service. We believe you have the right to have your product checked and replaced if it does not meet our high standards.

Building Happy Relationships with Our Customers

We want you to shop with confidence. If any issue arises, please notify us within the following timelines:

  • Electronic Items: Notify us within 7 days of purchase.

  • Other Items: Notify us within 14 days of purchase.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, please notify us immediately within 24 hours via WhatsApp so we can take swift action.

Special Offer: Customers making a purchase of Rs. 8,000 or more will receive an automatic 10% discount on their order.


When is the Replacement Policy Applicable?

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  1. You received the wrong product.

  2. The product delivered has a manufacturing defect or functional issue.

How to Successfully Replace Your Product

To ensure a smooth replacement process, please:

  • Notify us within the specified time limits mentioned above.

  • Ensure the product is undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Include the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

  • Ensure the product and its packaging are not defaced or marked in any way.


Warranty & Inspection

  • Checking Warranty: Products without a manufacturer warranty are covered by a 14-day checking warranty from Trenix.pk. Please note this does not apply to products that already carry a company/manufacturer warranty.

  • Processing Time: Once the item is received, our team will inspect it. The replacement process typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection.


Refund Conditions

We offer refunds only on Pre-paid orders under the following specific conditions:

  • The item is out of stock after payment.

  • The order was not dispatched or delivered.

  • The goods received are completely different from what was ordered.
